Everything in this video is based on these tools' own publicly available terms of service and documentation, and on the marketplaces' public API availability. I can't see any tool's private backend, so where I describe how they connect, I'm reasoning from what they publish.

After chatting with @SarahStylesLLC in the comments, I want to add some context on her clip. I used her story as an example of cross-listing tools being unreliable at delisting sold items, which is honestly how her situation read to me in her original video. She’s since clarified that while an item did not get delisted while using a cross-listing tool which led to a suspension, she doesn’t attribute that to the tool. (The cross-listing tool couldn’t delist the item because her Poshmark account was temporarily suspended, and it never retried the delist once her account was restored, leading to the sale of an item she had already sold on another marketplace.)
