Is eBay Finally Dead for Sellers | Why I’m Closing My Stores

🔥 New Video from Big Al 🔥
Is eBay still viable for sellers in 2026?

Yesterday I sold 120 items in one live show.
Today I checked my eBay stores… and had one order.

After years of selling online and running two anchor stores with over £1 million in stock, I’ve made the decision to close them and liquidate my inventory.

In this video I explain:

• why my eBay sales collapsed
• the real cost of returns, defects and buyer policies
• how admin and messaging destroy profit
• why many sellers are quietly leaving the platform
• how live selling platforms are changing the game
• why adapting in business is essential for survival

This isn’t about complaining — it’s about adapting.

Business isn’t loyalty.
Business is numbers.

If the numbers change, you change.
