It is offically planner season, so today I'm showing you how to turn a daily planner into a mental health journal. This simple shift helps me find clarity and peace as a Woman of a Certain Age.
There is something so special about finding the perfect planner setup to carry us through the months ahead. Today, I am walking you through my process, focusing on how I blend my love for stationery with the need for authentic reflection. It is about creating a space where we can breathe and process our thoughts while navigating life as women over 50.

About Me🖊️
Hi, I'm Mitzi and I love Paper!
I'm a woman of a certain age, (54) who finds my purpose through supporting and celebrating women through creative and reflective journaling to find the joy we are all seeking out as we journey into this next chapter of our lives. I hope you'll join me and find a little inspiration as I share how I use Journals and my love of all things paper to bring joy to my life and attempt to age gracefully, but honestly and authentically as the woman I am, while also attempting to continue to become the woman I know I am meant to be and live my best Paper Girlie Life!
