🛒 Ingredients & Tools for Paper Mache- I recommend this one
1 ¼ cups damp toilet paper (1 roll of cheap toilet paper, soaked and squeezed out)
1 cup premixed drywall joint compound (See critical brand compatibility note below)
¾ cup Elmer’s Glue-All (or any strong white PVA glue)
½ to 1 cup white flour (all-purpose)
2 tablespoons mineral oil or baby oil (optional, makes it smoother to handle)
An electric hand mixer or stand mixer
