A Christian nationalist takes to the streets of Dearborn, Michigan, hurling hatred at Muslims while proclaiming “Christ is King.” Pastor Doug Wilson presents many of the same ideas in a much calmer voice. But beneath both is a much deeper problem: Christian nationalism replaces the Gospel of Christ with a political gospel built around power, national control and a restored “Christian America.”

In this video, I examine what Christian nationalism teaches, compare it with the Biblical Gospel, and explain why I believe churches need to recognize the danger before this movement leads Christians even further away from Christ.
